Our View: Commission a good start to combatting antisemitism
“I think it’s important that we are united as a state, and that we are being clear that Massachusetts stands with our Jewish community. We will take whatever action is necessary to call out antisemitism when we see it and take steps to eradicate it. We know, from history, what happens if we don’t.”
Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey said all the right things earlier this week when she outlined the state’s proposed response to a sharp rise in antisemitism in Massachusetts schools. The challenge, as always, is turning those words into action. We need to see real, measurable results.
