tenths of an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern,
northeastern, and western Massachusetts, and northern Rhode Island.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Monday morning commute across northern Massachusetts.

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.

HAVERHILL — When the Haverhill Police Department responded to reports of a man “acting erratically” July 11, it’s unlikely they could have imagined the chain of events that would be set off.
The call came in at 6:22 p.m. from the area of 115 White St. and concerned Francis Gigliotti, 43, who would be dead within the hour.
