Merrimack College must wait to start construction of its new lecture hall, as final approval for the project is pending from the Conservation Commission.
The college plans to build a two-story, 19,205-square-foot lecture hall on its campus at 315 Turnpike St., as it works to become accredited as a top research school within the next five to 10 years.
