Lawrence man indicted on federal meth, fetanyl distribution charges

BOSTON — A Lawrence man was indicted on seven counts of distributing counterfeit methamphetamine and fentanyl pills, U.S. Attorney Leah Foley said in a press release issued Dec. 19.
Randy Recinos, 31, was indicted by a federal grand jury on four counts of distribution of methamphetamine, including three counts alleging 50 grams or more; two counts of distribution of 40 grams or more of fentanyl; and one count of possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl, Foley said.
