SALEM, Mass. — Former Methuen Police Chief Joseph Solomon would like his criminal corruption and perjury case continued without a finding to avoid trial. But a superior court judge said resolving the case would involve a county or state prison sentence.
Solomon was in superior court Friday for a lobby conference to potentially find a resolution to the case before his September trial date.
