HAVERHILL — On Tuesday, the lot at city hall was packed with Harley-Davidsons as leather-vested riders rolled into council chambers.
The motorcyclists parked themselves at the city council meeting in an effort to ensure their own safety on the road, equipped with yellow signs with block letters reading “CHECK TWICE — SAVE A LIFE.”
