HAVERHILL – One small step for Haverhill, 1,800 feet of repaved roadway for its residents.
On Friday, Mayor Melinda Barrett, City Councilor Ralph Basiliere, and Department of Public Works Director Robert Ward took a celebratory walk along the newly paved Primrose Street. The gathering marked the completion of a significant phase in the major road resurfacing project.
