HAVERHILL — Police say vaping has become an epidemic among children and that it's sweeping the nation.
Locally, they are looking to inform parents of the dangers to children as young as age 10 in Haverhill Public Schools who've been caught with vaping devices filled with liquids ranging from nicotine to THC, the active ingredient in marijuana that gets people high.
