With years of experience in construction management and eldercare, Windham residents Tony and Karen Massahos are utilizing their collective know-how to rebuild a historic Derry establishment.
In February, the couple purchased Beaver Lake Lodge, a two-story clapboard building that served as a resort, boarding house and mental health facility over the course of 200 years.
