BOSTON — The Trump administration has withheld more than $3.7 billion in federal funds from Massachusetts as part of its cost-cutting efforts, according to the latest tally by the Healey administration.

The cuts are detailed on a state-run that outlines the loss of federal dollars, which the Healey administration says range from cuts in funding for homeland security, disaster prevention, school mental health services and tutoring, school security and building upgrades, food pantries and substance use disorder treatment.
