Owen Strellis, 17, of Andover Boy Scout Troop 76 helps set up the flag display for the Exchange Club of Lawrence and the Andovers 6th Annual Field of Honor with nearly 500 American Flags on the North Andover Town Common. The field of our nation’s colors will be displayed from May 25 through June 15, recognizing both Memorial Day and Flag Day. The Field of Honor will conclude with a special ceremony commemorating Flag Day on June 15. The Exchange club estimates that some 1,000 people visited the Field of Honor last year, with many of the flags being purchased and dedicated.
