BOSTON — Members of the state’s all-Democratic congressional delegation are lining up in opposition to a new bipartisan spending bill to reopen the federal government, which could be put to a vote Wednesday.

The U.S. Senate voted Monday night to end the 41-day government shutdown — the longest in U.S. history — setting the stage for the House of Representatives to return to Washington, D.C., to take up the legislation and send it to President Donald Trump’s desk before the end of the week.
