PELHAM, N.H. — The Pelham Police Department on Friday announced the arrest of two Lawrence men in connection with the fatal overdose of a Pelham resident.
Suspecting Luilly Fernandez, 31, and Luis Vasquez Ramirez, 26, both of Lawrence, the Pelham Police Department attempted to set up a drug purchase at a later date from the two men.
